Most people look to Groundhog Phil to determine if Spring is around the corner, not me. I look to the local IFA Country Store. When the IFA posts on it's sign that baby chicks have arrived I know that Spring is around the corner. Today we went to take a peek.
Below is the IFA cat. It either belongs to store or has made the store it's home and the employees just work around it.
Below is one of the great things to behold at IFA. Samantha had the camera.
Samantha liked the pup in the cart so we asked if we could take this picture. The nice gentleman said they get baby chicks every Spring and then in August take the chickens to Wheeler Farm.
Then Sadie said she had enough of the IFA and we headed home.
Spring is coming!
